Concepts introduced to the space: Moe’s Southwest Grill, Bento Sushi, The Drop

Description

  • Moe’s brings a southwest flare to the northeast

  • Bento Sushi is a space designated to bring fresh sushi, noodles and soup to the Shenandoah students

  • The Drop- Is a ghost kitchen. It has a menu that changes frequently, ordering is made easy through an app or digital kiosk. Once your order is completed you will receive notification and be able to pick your food up at the new digital lockers.

Project Scope – Design and Install for student dining in the Shenandoah Brandt Student Ctr.

  • Design and format space with Moe’s, Bento and The Drop including specifying equipment and finishes

  • Coordinate with owner for millwork fabrication and installation.

  • Custom Graphics and Signage

  • Procure and install all equipment

Time to complete – Project Started July 17th, 2024 - Project Completed September 13th, 2024
