Front of House
From the minute a customer walks in to the minute they leave, the Front of House design must accommodate both the customer and the personnel working at the facility. Back of House
Just as the Front of House is important, so is the Back of House. If the kitchen or severy areas are inefficient, then personnel can get in the way. A simple example is what if a door opens in the wrong direction or is positioned incorrectly, major conflicts can occur. FSR designs these spaces with not only people in mind, but also traffic and other important criteria.
