Construction services covers a wide spectrum of tasks and responsibilities during the building process. From design to completion, there is a plethora of services and parameters that should be taken care of.
Pre-construction services – Everything starts with pre-construction services. As soon as the journey for a new project begins, there are several tasks and questions that need to be looked at. Simply put, this is the time where the idea gradually turns into an actual project that has practical aspects of the vision are analyzed.
Demolition – If the project, whether new or existing, demolition of either the property site or the interior of an existing structure is done to prepare for the building process to com
Build Out – Building the base structure and critical systems such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC are the bones of any project. FSR makes sure that these systems are done correctly and to code so that the client will not have to worry about them going forward.
Finishes – These include flooring, both front and back of house equipment and any special features required by both the client and/or brand manager.
Custom Fabrication
We work with both in-house and 3rd party vendors to provide you with high quality custom fabricated millwork pieces to meet your specific workflow and layout. We work in all materials: Solid Surface - laminate, stainless steel, and stone finishes!
Our in-house custom stainless-steel fabricators, Tarpon Stainless, provides us with a unique advantage to assist in the development of your project. Are you tight on space? Not sure how you are going to make that odd, shaped corner work? From a custom worktable all the way to a custom cook line - FSR can do it all!
Equipment Supply
As a member of the 3 major buying groups, we leverage that advantage for you – our client. Many pieces of equipment, furniture and smallware’s are in inventory at our Distribution Centers and are ready to ship. With a full line of Good, Better, Best options, as well as Energy Star certified products, we can assist you no matter your needs, scale of the project or budget size.
Installation Services
We have a network of product staging centers for efficient and timely delivery including 4 project warehouses located in Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL; Greenville, SC and St. Louis, MO.
With receiving, consolidation, uncrating, and assembly, all undertaken by one firm, we can assure our clients of the utmost care in the materials and equipment they purchase for their project.
